So first thing you need to know is that every single fear which you have, I am again repeating that every fear which makes you feel fearful is literally just a perception and a thought through which you see that situation.Because when we were born,we did not even had a single fear. We were like ready to do anything. Like we did not even had any idea about what is fear. Like when we were a child ,if we thought of doing something we just did it. We did not delay or stop doing that speciific thing just because of what other people would think.
- Face those things which are afraiding you:
But the problem arises when we grow, we adapt to the environment. We adapt what is running after generations and generations.Because we see others also having some fears so we think that it’s okay to have fears and to be scared of them. But honey, it is not like that .You need to break this cycle. You need to understand that this fear is literally nothing. Like it’s nothing. You are getting more and more scared because you are denying to not face it .But you have to.
- You need to come out of your comfort zone.
You should develop a mindest that in your life whatever makes you feel fearful, you need to do that thing specifically. Becauseyou need to delete the word of fear from your mind. Any thing which makes you feel scaryyou feel discomfortable, then that is the thing which you need to do on priority.And once you start doing that,you will laugh on those things which made you feel fearful.
Fear is nothing but to stop you from elevating your highest version. Because these are the fears which make you feel limited.
- Fear itself means that face everything and rise:
Why you don’t have this courage. So from now on whenever you feel like I am scared that may be I would not be capable of doing that, then that’s the right time to do that thing.
One time you are going to that, the next time you are going to lose. But that is okay because no one is perfect here.We all are imperfect. And this makes us human.
So, don not worry if you are going to lose . Because it happens when we thrive or struggle. But the thing is that you are trying. You are not like at the stop level. So, embrace your flaws and try to overcome them one by one.One day ,you are going to be proud of yourself .At this time, it will look impossible but as the time passes you will see the things from which you were afraid are now becoming your strength and they no longer make you afraid. It is the game of time only.
- Be limitless:
And once you start neglecting the fears and trying to face them, that is when you become limitless. And no one could stop you . Because you do not fear others, you do not fear situations.And everyone has different fear.May be the one thing from which you are afraid is the thing which is someone’s strength. So believe it that it can become your strength too. You just need to believe in yourself. Imagine the life which is without fears. Like there would be no such thing which will make you afraid or limit your strengths.
- The opposite strategy:
But one thing you need to know is that we are human beings with imperfections. So, it is okay to acknowledge that you are having a fear of something and you need to own that .But the thing is you need to start working on it. Try to face that fear.
For example, if you have the fear of going and hanging out with friends. Next time whenever your friends are hanging out and ask you, you will not prefer your comfort zone in your room. Instead you will go with them.
So, the thing is you need to do the exact opposite of the thing which is making you feel fearful or discomfortable.
